Commercial Banking (CMB)
HSBC Commercial Banking serves millions of small, medium-sized and middle-market enterprises, providing commercial customers with a full range of banking services including multi-currency business accounts, payments and cash management, wealth management and insurance, and global trade and receivables finance, as well as a comprehensive range of financing solutions. With dedicated Relationship Managers and Business Specialists providing local support and advice in over 60 countries and territories, HSBC helps customers make the most of opportunities for their businesses.
We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.
In this role, you will:
1. Collect data regularly on branch performance and draft monthly reports/meeting minutes.
2. Clear the out trays of the executives and distribute the documents to relevant staff
3. Prepare and file documents, draft emails as a delegate if necessary
4. Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings and conference telephone calls for Branch Manager
5. Coordinate hotel & air-ticket booking, banquet arrangement
6. Contact local authorities if needed
7. Make appointments for executives and receive guests in a courteous manner
Qualifications
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
1. PC knowledge
2. Fluent both in written and spoken English
3. Understanding of key business
4. Stress and time management skills
5. Communication skills
6. High risk awareness
